Hi, I’m Morven. I’m a yoga teacher who believes in creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and completely welcomed as they are. My teaching is rooted in gentleness, curiosity, and the kind of compassion that comes from working closely with people and their bodies every day.

Yoga has been a steady, grounding thread in my own life, helping me navigate the big feelings, the messy seasons, and the moments where everything feels like a lot. I was brought up in a spiritual house where deities, meditation, devotion, music and community were daily practices passed from my mother.

Alongside teaching, I also work as a nurse with experience in women’s health, fertility and oncology, and that understanding quietly shapes the way I hold space with sensitivity, respect, and a deep belief in the wisdom of the body. I was

Decolonised, respectful and nothing pressured. Just a gentle invitation to come home to yourself and an encouragement to find your unique practice.
