A 6-week beginner course inspired by the 8 limbs of yoga

This gentle, supportive course is designed for anyone who’s curious about yoga or returning to the basics in a slower, more grounded way. Over 6 weeks, we’ll explore yoga as more than just movement, using the 8 limbs of yoga as a loose, practical framework exploring a different sutra and philosophy point each week. Each session includes accessible postures, breath awareness, relaxation, and space to notice how yoga can support everyday life on and off the mat.
There’s no pressure to be flexible, strong, calm, or experienced. This course is about learning, exploring, and building confidence at your own pace, in a small, welcoming group.

Beginner-friendly yoga postures with clear guidance

This course is suitable for those who are able to move comfortably between standing and the floor, with guidance and rest options offered throughout.
Course details:
6 weeks, 1.5 hours per session
Mondays 1830-2000
Maximum 12 spaces (small, supportive group)
£90 for the full 6-week course (£15 per class)
